To access the new B2B platform, please follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Clearing cookies, cache & using incognito window

  1. Clear your cookies, cache and use an incognito window: Over time, accumulated data in your browser's cookies and cache can sometimes cause conflicts and hinder website functionality. Opening a private or incognito window in your browser can help determine if the issue is related to your browser settings or extensions.

Step 3: Logging in to your B2B Account

  1. Enter your registered email address associated with your B2B account in the provided field and press Continue. *Please note that if you are not registered as a B2B customer through an Assouline dedicated Sales Representative, you will not be able to access the site - An error message will appear saying that " You're not registered as a B2B customer with Assouline Wholesale."
  2. Check your email address for an email from Assouline Wholesale with Subject Line: Assouline Wholesale: 6-digit code.
  3. Copy your 6-digit code from your email to your browser and click Submit.

Step 4: Exploring the Enhanced B2B Features

  1. Quick Order: Easily add products to your cart using the Quick Order feature. Simply enter the product SKU or use the search function to find the items you require, specify the quantity, and add them to your order swiftly.
  2. Simplified Product Search: Finding the products you need is now more efficient. Our improved search function enables you to quickly locate items by name or ISBN. Additionally, you can take advantage of advanced filters to refine your search results.
  3. Streamlined Checkout: Experience a simplified and intuitive checkout process, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction. You can review your order, select payment options, and manage shipping details effortlessly.
  4. Streamlined Account Management: Managing your account is now simpler than ever. By clicking on the "My Account" section on the top right page, you can update your personal information, view your order history, track deliveries, and manage your preferences effortlessly.
