Tim Palen, chief brand officer and president of worldwide marketing at Lionsgate, is an award-winning fine-art photographer whose work encompasses editorial, advertising, fashion, portraiture, and video portraiture. He was named an AdWeek 2012 Brand Genius for his work on the global blockbuster The Hunger Games. Palen has also been recognized in Fast Company’s “100 Most Creative People in Business” and Entertainment Weekly’s “50 Smartest People in Hollywood.”
On July 1st, Lionsgate in association with Imagine Exhibition, Inc. will open an immersive exhibit at Discovery Times Square: “The Hunger Games: The Exhibition.” Inviting visitors to explore the world of Panem as created by the films, “The Hunger Games: The Exhibition” uses hundreds of authentic costumes and props, high-tech and hands-on interactives, and detailed set recreations to reveal the amazing artistry and technology that brought these incredible books to life. Tim Palen: Photographs from The Hunger Games will be sold at the exhibition, which runs at Discovery Times Square through January 2, 2016, before embarking on a global tour.
