  • Remove all packaging materials before lighting. Keep all objects, including matches and wick trimmings out of the candle and well away from the candle. Keep candle on a flat, level, uncluttered, fireproof surface in a cool, indoor area.
  • Only light candle with safety matches or hand-held lighters.
  • Do not leave a burning candle unattended or out of reasonable reach or sight (i.e. on a high or low shelf).
  • Do not cover flame or use candle as a heat source or as a lighter.
  • Extinguish candle by blowing gently on the wick at a safe distance or by properly employing a candle snuffer. Do not pour water or other substances on the candle.
  • Do not burn candle for more than 2-3 hours at a time. Vessel will be hot when candle is lit. Do not allow flame to touch vessel. Allow candle to cool completely before relighting, moving candle, or touching wax or wick as hot melted wax may burn or splatter.
  • Do not allow dust to accumulate on candle wax surface.
  • Should any black smoke appear, first extinguish candle and trim the wick; wick should be clean and no longer than 5 mm.
  • Always protect the surface on which your candle rests. Do not burn wax down to the bottom. Avoid drafty areas and direct sunlight.
  • Keep away from children and pets.
  • Recycle empty glass or ceramic candle vessels when candle is finished. Candle vessels are not designed as food or beverage containers. Do not transfer candle wax to a different vessel.
  • Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury and/or property damage.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. For damaged items, kindly email us your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage.

If you wish to return your order for any other reason, we allow exchanges for merchandise credit within 14 days of delivery. We do not allow refunds and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Merchandise credit may only be redeemed in the region where the original order was placed.

Please note that items must be returned unused and unopened, in the same condition in which they were received, with all the original packaging. Books, candles, and diffusers must remain sealed in their original cellophane; games and objects must be returned in their original packaging. Exchanges and credit are applicable only at the original point of purchase.

Vespa helmets may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery, with complimentary shipping both ways.
